Regular business hours are 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. PST., but emergency service is available 24 hours a day.  Our goal is to get you back on  screen as soon as possible.  Our emergency service rate is $150/hr plus $0.50/mile and a $150/day hotel charge.  Repairs made over the phone are free as long as they do not get to be excessive.

Down Screen?  Here's the procedure...Follow Every Step!

1.  Call the RSEM Office and leave a message:  661-822-1488.  Rob is often in the office at all hours of the night and he will often take the call, or listen to the message after you call.

2.  Call Rob on his cell phone and leave a message:  805-440-5165.

3.  Call both numbers again if you have not heard back from someone in a few minutes.  Make sure you leave a message at each numbers.  Cell phones don't work well in the office.
